GOOGLE STORE 2021 & 2022

Key R&R's:

- Led major change initiatives and built strong relationships with our new cross-functional Google stakeholders. During this time, a large focus was moving their org to a more integrated approach with us, the external agency. This allowed clients to become active partners rather than just stakeholders. Myself and our EP held workshops to align on the changes in roles and goals, encouraging collaboration instead of sticking to formalities.

- Built trust with our new Google executive by helping them make a great impression with their own stakeholders. I briefed and led a small team of motion designers, copy and ADs to build a sizzle reel for this exec, generating excitement around their new initiatives. 

- Led thoughtful ideation and proactive presentations to showcase how we could help take their user experience to a new level. 

- Workshopped initiatives together with my EP partner to help navigate Google's engineering focus, with our end goal being creative excellence. We organized the work to include steering cos and post-design critiques.
