GOOGLE STORE 2021 & 2022

Led a 40+ person team across Google’s Devices & Services: e-commerce & physical retail marketing for Google’s biggest product launches. Elevated narratives, conceptualized product demos/storytelling/design, and furthered brand consistency for Pixel products, leveraging luxury-brand tactics to enhance desirability. Grew our agency partnership with Google, which led to a new ATL photography & content retainer.
Impact: GStore saw a +55% YoY conversion growth, cut bounce rates by 26%, and increased new customers by 54%. Key R&R's listed below.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

Led major change initiatives to deepen integration between Google and our agency, shifting the client relationship from passive stakeholder to active creative partner. I co-led cross-functional workshops to realign roles, goals, and processes—breaking down silos and fostering collaboration.

Built executive trust. I led a nimble creative team (motion, copy, ADs) to produce a high-impact sizzle reel that generated internal buzz and positioned their initiatives for success.

Drove proactive ideation and strategic presentations that pushed user experience thinking forward—showing how creativity and UX can elevate product perception.

Bridged creative and engineering priorities by co-leading initiative planning with my EP partner. We introduced steering committees and post-design critiques to ensure both innovation and excellence stayed on track.
