TESLA EXPLORATORY—CLIMATE CONTROL 2016
In early 2016, Tesla contacted me about being part of a team reporting directly to Elon Musk and requested that I show them how I'd redesign the climate control experience to fit on the bottom half of the 17" Tesla Model S touch screen in just a couple hours.
I wanted to create an experience that adds ambiance through the UI elements. Designed for both Day & Night Mode.
As a result, Tesla flew me from NYC to both Palo Alto and then LA to present to first their team, and second to their VP of Design, Franz Von Holzhausen.
While out-dated now, it was an incredible learning experience and fun to quickly show my thinking at that time.
