Bio
Hi, I’m Noëlle, and I'm a happy, pragmatic, quirky, creative design nerd.
I believe creativity, storytelling, and design are powerful tools—when used right, they not only connect people but also drive real business results.
I’ve picked up awards along the way, including the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix, and I’ve worked across web and product design, branding, e-comm, and campaigns for Spotify, Nike, and Google. My thought leadership has been featured in Campaign Magazine, and I judged for the Webby's for over half a decade.

My Path
I started in advertising as a Designer and Art Director at Lowe NY and later at Crispin Porter + Bogusky—an agency dubbed the best in the world at that time—where I got deep into digital.
At R/GA, I spend the majority of my time there designing award-winning product and marketing work for Nike.
Later in-house at Spotify, I shaped Premium’s sub-brand while leading global campaigns across 11+ markets, defining its visual and strategic identity while also overseeing global brand governance, agency partnerships, evergreen photography, and performance-driven creative.

Most recently, at BASIC/DEPT, I led their most influential Google work—e-commerce marketing for Google’s biggest product launches, winning our first Gmail brand campaign, and defining Google’s Brand Guidelines (wearables & retail). In the 2 years I led Gstore, we saw a +55% YoY conversion growth, cut bounce rates by 26%, and increased new customers by 54%. I helped redefine and expand our agency partnership with Google, elevating it to a more strategic level and securing a new ATL photography and content retainer. I’m told by my former CEO that I “lead clients to ideas that make them feel equally surprised, satisfied and heard.”

What People Say
I’ve been described as calm, confident, and ego-free. A thoughtful leader with a sharp creative eye who can think strategically and high-level.

Beyond the Office
You’ll find me at The Whitney, in a university class (love the courses at SVA, and more recently, AI at Stanford), or on a run to reset. Mornings start with Wired, trend reports, and industry news. Evenings? Helping my kids with their art—just not their math.

What's a Little Different
- I was lucky enough to learn from legends like Milton Glaser and Joshua Davis.
-For years, I worked a creative "second shift"—making motion graphics for MTV by night, and taking courses in things like physical computing, improv, and (briefly) breakdancing.
-Twelve years of classical piano. Still love a good arpeggio.

Thanks for stopping by.
