Collaborated with Spotify Premium's business strategists while co-leading and working very hands-on with a small team of senior designers to create the new visual identity and branding for Spotify's most important and growth-driven section of their business. In addition, I led a separate design team focused on BTL campaigns and directed a variety of production vendors and global agencies. My role at Spotify was newly created, and as such could've been fairly bumpy, but instead, teams and stakeholders reported that they "feel comfortable, happy and settled, that [I've] invested in them, and that [I've] raised the quality of the work." Additionally, I stretched into Spotify's business strategy, at the Spotify stakeholders' request.
